The Challenge: When RocketMortgage’s #1 lender came to us, it was in search of high-intent leads: in other words, people in the market for home loans NOW. Leads from their usual vendors were frustratingly low-quality and would often ghost their advisors. West Cap also wanted help standing out from the competition (a dozen other lenders flooding the Meta Ads market with generic ads).
The Approach: Freedom and Coffee first combined audience analysis with keyword research to identify an overlooked target demographic: consumers planning home renovations. No lenders were targeting them, so we built a killer ad campaign to reveal that a home loan could help finance their reno, then used our IntentOS targeting to precisely locate homeowners with good credit scores who were actively browsing home renovation resources — something that would be impossible using Facebook’s built-in targeting.
Results: The clients were hoping to improve their lead generation campaigns enough to meet industry benchmarks (between $2-4 cost per click, depending on the season). By running their Meta Ads with our IntentOS high-intent audience, we were able to achieve a CPC of $0.48. We didn’t just beat benchmarks – we left them in the dust.
